Terms and conditions of use for Corporate Supporters’
By registering your details for the Corporate Supporters’ Scheme you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below. Failure to comply with these may result in your organisation’s membership of the Corporate Supporters’ Scheme being terminated.
1. Data protection
1.1 In order to access your downloadable free entry pass, we ask you to first register your personal details. From time to time it is necessary for us to share these details with your employer to monitor take-up and prevent fraudulent use of the passes.
1.2 We will never share these details with any third parties without your prior agreement.
1.3 On registration you will receive a unique username and password. It is your responsibility to ensure that these are kept secure at all times
2. Passes
2.1 Passes are for employees of your organisation and their guests only. Under no circumstances should they be given away or sold on.
2.2 Each pass may be downloaded and used only once
2.3 Passes entitle the bearer to free entry at National Trust pay-to-enter properties, except those listed below:
2.4 The following properties are excluded from the scheme:
Antony, Ascott, Avebury Manor & Gardens, Buscot Estate, Carrick-a-Rede, Chastleton House, Clumber Park, Coleridge Cottage, Coughton Court, Crom, Dinton Park, Dunster Working Water Mill, Eastbury Manor House, 20 Forthlin Road, Gawthorpe Hall, Giant’s Causeway, Gondola, Grantham House, Gunby Hall, Hardy’s Cottage, The Homewood, Horton Court, Lawrence House, Little Clarendon, Max Gate, Mendips, Murlough NRR, Museum of Childhood, Oakhurst Cottage, Old Soar Manor, Orford Ness, Philipps House, Portstewart Strand, Priest’s House, Red House, Shugborough, Stembridge Tower Mill, St Michael’s Mount, Tatton Park, Treasurer’s House, Waddesdon Manor, Wakehurst Place, West Green House Garden, Westwood Manor, White Mill and all properties managed by English Heritage and local authorities.
2.5 Access to the relevant property will be subject to the property’s property access conditions
2.6 Passes are valid at participating properties only during the published opening times. Please check individual opening times before you visit
2.7 The passes do not affect access for children whose entry is free, and cannot be used to gain access for children who are not free.
2.8 You must print off pass and show it at the visitor reception to gain entry to the property
2.9 Individuals who wish to bring a guest must accompany their guest
2.10 Existing National Trust members who wish to bring a guest must accompany their guest and present their National Trust membership card on arrival
2.11 Passes are not transferable against the cost of membership
2.12 Photocopied passes will not be accepted
2.13 There is no cash alternative
2.14 Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
2.15 Passes are not valid over August Bank Holiday weekend (Saturday to Monday inclusive) and Easter weekend (Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive)
2.16 Passes are not car park passes and do not entitle the bearer to free car parking at any National Trust properties
