Privacy policy

For employees of Corporate Supporter organisations

There are many ways in which we would like to make your involvement with the National Trust more enjoyable, and many ways in which you can support our work.

In order to access your downloadable free entry pass, we ask you to first register your personal details. From time to time it is necessary for us to share these details with your employer to monitor take-up and prevent fraudulent use of the passes.  However, we will never share these details with any third parties without your agreement.

On registration you will receive a unique username and password. It is your responsibility to ensure that these are kept secure at all times. Failure to do so may result in your organisation’s membership of the Corporate Supporters’ Scheme being terminated.

When registering your details on the site, and to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, we ask if you are willing to be contacted from time to time by phone, post or e-mail with information about the National Trust’s conservation, membership, fundraising and other activities.

We also work with carefully selected organisations with products and services that support the National Trust.  On registration we ask you to tell us if you do not want to be contacted by us or by our partners about these products.

If at any time you believe that we have contacted you unnecessarily please let us know.

Any enquires concerning any data protection issues should be directed to corporate@nationaltrust.org.uk
